Typically 8 for custom group programmes; smaller cohorts (4–7) are possible at a per-head premium that covers the fixed design and coordination cost.
How long does the design phase take?+
From first call to signed-off design document: 3–5 weeks for a single-city programme, 6–8 weeks for multi-city or multi-country.
Can we mix funding sources (Erasmus+ + private + regional)?+
Yes — we structure the programme so each cost line maps cleanly to its eligible funding source, with separate invoicing if required.
Do you handle multi-country itineraries?+
Yes — Italy paired with Spain or France is the most common combination, delivered jointly with our sister offices Spain Internship and Internships France.
Who owns the IP and content created during the programme?+
By default the sending institution; we license back any reusable methodology assets we co-create. Specified in the design document before sign-off.
Can the programme be replicated annually?+
