FAQ
Questions coordinators usually ask
Can we split the group across cities?+
Yes — multi-city itineraries are common (e.g. Rome + Florence, or Milan + Turin) with a single coordinator handling the rotation.
What's the difference between KA121 and KA122 for us?+
KA121 requires Erasmus+ accreditation and gives multi-year stable funding; KA122 is a single short-term project for non-accredited organisations. Our delivery model is identical for both.
Do you handle the OID and Beneficiary Module submission?+
We prepare every required attachment in the right format — you upload from your beneficiary account. We can also do a final review before submission.
How are accompanying staff costs covered?+
KA1 unit costs include accompanying staff travel and per-diem; we invoice their accommodation and transfers under the same line item as the learners.
What happens if a learner needs to return early?+
Documented protocol: first-line response within 2 hours, parental and sending-school notification, repatriation organised by the insurer. We provide the evidence file for the partial mobility report.
